June 20, 2004Death of a Young ManDriving through the fire-scorched San Bernadino mountains, I saw this cross when I stopped for a break. A young man has died here and I wonder from what? Was it from the fires, a car accident or something else. His death made the place special. Someone's life ended at that very spot I was standing.
